All work is performed via contract specifying the agreement between PCS Legal Solutions and the attorney/law firm. Fees charged will depend on the type of work to be performed, the complexity of the case, and the level of expertise required in a particular legal speciality.

PCS Legal Solutions will provide custom quotes based on the services required. Tasks that are determined to billed at an hourly rate will be $25 per hour. Any services provided which require less than one hour in time will be prorated. Flat rates are also available for projects depending on the expected length and complexity of the project.

We do not charge for faxes or phone calls. Costs, such as copies, courier charges, postage, and travel fees are billed at their actual cost. Please remember that PCS Legal Services is working for you, not your client, and payment of fees and expenses is not contingent upon your recovery of fees from the client.

A Work for Hire Agreement must be executed before any work is performed. For your convenience, we accept business checks, personal checks, money orders, credit cards and Paypal. Returned checks are subject to a $35.00 NSF fee. No projects will be accepted and work will not continue until the debt is settled.
